orders are subject to availability and manufacturer approval, with customers
notified within three days of manufacturer notification of an item being
delayed, discontinued or out of stock by the manufacturer. Manufacturer
availability or delay of any item shall not terminate any other portion of the
order.

Order Acceptance
Orders may
be placed on line at our secured website or by telephone. Acceptance of an order
is provisional and is not finally accepted until we have verified price,
availability, and quantity, notwithstanding an indication that your order is
confirmed. Item availability and price of products offered for sale at the Web
site are subject to change without notice, including the updating of our online
catalog.
Shipping Charges

Shipping, Handling and
Tax
Product
prices do not include shipping and handling. Estimated shipping costs are
provided in good faith, but may vary. Delivery dates are also estimated in good
faith, but are not guaranteed. When you receive your furniture, inspect your
furniture for damage. It is your responsibility to note any damage or defects on
the signed delivery receipt. Once the delivery receipt is signed off and there
are no indications of any problems you as the customer will not have any recourse with the freight
companies or manufacturers. Sales Tax (currently 7.75%) will be charged on all
items delivered to addresses in California.
Delivery and Damage
All orders
are shipped in good condition. Packaging, which includes the conditions of the cartons & Furniture MUST BE INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL.
It is imperative that you make a claim of any damage or defect immediately upon delivery by noting the problem on the carrier's Bill of Lading. Please verify that the correct item and number or cartons have been delivered, and inspect your furniture carefully while the delivery person is still at your home, before signing your delivery Bill of Lading receipt. Your signature is your acknowledgement that your merchandise is satisfactory and is in order.
Any claim of damage that is not noted on the Bill of Lading is your responsibility to pursue directly with the Trucking Company.
If items have already shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
If packaging which includes cartons or furniture is damaged, digital pictures are required and you MUST file a claim with the freight company. Damage MUST be described on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. Scratches and minor dents are considered touch up issues and those pieces should not be returned.
In most cases the furniture can be repaired.
We MUST receive an email immediately on the day of delivery / damage / refusal.
If you do not properly report damage at the time of delivery, no claims will be accepted after delivery is completed. Warranty issues are not affected
You will be
contacted by the delivery service prior to delivery in order to agree on a day
and general eight-hour time window for you to receive your order. NOTE: We
employ third party delivery companies and are not responsible for delivery. We
will track your order as set forth herein and assist you with any manufacturer
or delivery related claims. If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, you
will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $95.00 per order - So be sure to have
someone there to receive your delivery during the time window the delivery
service has given you. If your home is not accessible to the delivery truck, we
will transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be
your responsibility to provide a means of transportation for your furniture from the truck to your
home. If this process has to be scheduled and the truck needs to return on
another day there may be additional delivery charges that you will have to pay.
You must be sure an 18 wheel tractor trailer truck can access your delivery street or alley etc.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COORDINATE YOUR SCHEDULE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME THEY CONTACT YOU FOR DELIVERY, STORAGE FEES MAY BE ASSESSED AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES THAT APPLY. SINCE WE USE THIRD PARTY DELIVERY COMPANIES ANY RE-DELIVERY CHARGES REGARDLESS OF THE REASON(S) IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER THAT ORDERED THE PRODUCT.
You may
incur a remote delivery surcharge if your ship-to address falls outside of the
geographical area normally served by our carriers. Call us for
details.
While
we have very little damaged merchandise, transfer and slippage do occur on rare
occasion. Therefore, be sure to inspect your merchandise upon delivery. Any
damages must be noted on your signed delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
Keep a copy of this delivery receipt for your records.
When your
order arrives, please open the cartons and inspect the furniture carefully. ANY
DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED ON THE ALL COPIES OF THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF
DELIVERY.
Please
contact our Customer Service Department immediately (via email or phone) to report any
problems. Our friendly staff will
be happy to assist you! We can
usually be reached by phone during normal delivery times in most areas.
As
a remedy for minor damage, a "touch up" may be performed on site. For more significant damage, the item
may be returned to the warehouse where it will be repaired by a professional
furniture technician.
In
certain instances, replacement parts can be ordered from the manufacturer to
replace damaged or defective parts.
(Broken glass, damaged doors/drawer fronts, missing or defective
hardware, etc.) If an item is
damaged beyond repair, the item will be replaced. .
FOR
REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS, PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 6 TO 10 WEEKS FOR
DELIVERY. (Most problems can be
resolved within this time frame.
Allow up to 4 extra weeks for custom-built furniture or for deliveries to
more remote areas. For
replacements, additional time may be necessary if the manufacturer is out of
stock.)
If
you do not note the exact damage on the delivery receipt, then
the manufacturer nor the delivery company will be responsible for
repairing or replacing any damaged or defective merchandise.
ALL
FURNITURE ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Repairs and
replacement
We will
arrange repair or replacement, in our sole discretion, products which do not
conform to the manufacturer's specifications.
Order Cancellation:
Furniture orders are non-returnable and
non-refundable
Once your order is placed with
BedroomFurnitureUSA.com, we will submit it to the manufacturer on your behalf.
At this point, BedroomFurnitureUSA.com is financially obligated to purchase the
furniture from the manufacturer. For this reason, we don't accept order
cancellations. Any exception to the cancellation policy will be solely at
BedroomFurnitureUSA.com’s discretion. If BedroomFurnitureUSA.com
deems it appropriate to cancel an order, it will be subject to a 33%
cancellation / restocking fee as well as actual shipping charges.
- No orders are shipped "On
approval" so as to determine quality, finish, color or fit.
- You must be sure what you order you want.
WARRANTIES:
- Warranties will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Typically 6 months to one year.
- Shipping on Warranty returns are the responsibility of the owner of the furniture (the customer) both ways to and from the service center or factory.
We
will not take furniture back on the basis that it does not fit. The customer is responsible for
understanding the furniture dimensions and measuring their home to insure that
the furniture ordered will fit in the designated areas. Manufacturers change their finish color formulas from time to time. Therefore we can not guarantee finish match when re-ordering from an existiing collection at a later date. We will not take back furniture nor will we issue credits on furniture that is ordered and does not match your existing furniture..
DELIVERY LEAD
TIME:
All
delivery times are estimates based on the manufacturer's and delivering agent's
current lead times. BedroomFurnitureUSA.com will do everything possible to
insure that the delivery meets the expected time frame, but can not be held
responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, supplier or delivery agent.
Any errors
in pricing or mistakes in arithmetic on your order are subject to correction.
You are responsible for checking your order confirmation for accuracy. We are
not responsible for errors if you fail to notify us of any other errors within
72 hours of receipt of your order confirmation. Be sure all the items needed for
a complete and successful delivery are listed on your confirmation.
Payment Methods
Bedroomfurnitureusa.com accepts MasterCard, Visa,
Discover, personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers. At
this time, we do not offer C.O.D. terms. Please contact us for details if you
would like to pay by check, money order or wire transfer.
All credit
card orders are charged to your credit card when it is determined that the
product is in stock and you the customer approves all the freight and delivery
charges and the order is processed for shipping.
Order Time
Order and
delivery times vary with product availability. We will confirm your order and
accept your payment only if the item or items are in stock and ready to ship. If
item is out of stock we will notify you. We have fill-in stock for the warehouse
coming from the factory continuously. If the item is a running piece it will be
out of stock no longer than 6 weeks. We offer great pricing and value by
shipping products directly to the customer while eliminating costly receiving,
warehousing, display and inventory related costs and passing the savings on to
you, our valued customer.
Sales Taxes and Governing
Law
Bedroomfurnitureusa.com is not responsible for collecting or submitting
sales or use taxes for any state other than the State of California. Each state
manages and dictates its own policies and requirements. All terms and conditions
contained in this agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes our Agreement with
you, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California and further subject to the rules of binding arbitration as set forth
hereunder.
Credits and Accounts
Crediting or debiting
of any credit card account shall be governed exclusively by this Agreement. In
the event that we determine to provide credit to your account in accordance with
the terms and conditions of this Agreement, after verification,
Bedroomfurnitureusa.com will issue credit to the original account number as
originally charged. For instance, if the original transaction was charged on
VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER then the credit will be issued to
the card or account used in the first instance. Anticipate account crediting
within 30 days of our notifying you of your account credit amount.
Bedroomfurnitureusa.com reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to charge a
minimum service fee equal to the amount of customer deposit in instances where
the customer provides (I) incorrect credit card or billing information, (II)
delivery addresses not matching credit card billing addresses without prior
notice and verification by Bedroomfurnitureusa.com. In order to eliminate
instances of fraud or other actions not consistent or in conformity with this
Agreement, Customers must contact Bedroomfurnitureusa.com in writing with
